?Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your website
Shopping at GlamourHolicOnlineShop.com is safe. All Payments are processed through Paypal at this time. If you'd like to process some other way, please contact by email at: Event@GlamourHolics.com to discuss alternative payment methods.

Q: Can I return a Purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a merchandise credit within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be in unused condition, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from your return amount total and applied to your merchandise credit. To initiate a return, please email us at Event@GlamourHolics.com for a return authorization. Make sure to include the reason for your return. We do not cover return shipping charges.
ADDITIONAL NOTE: All items must be returned in the same condition they were sent - unworn. If the tags have been altered (i.e., cut off, pinned, or reattached) in anyway the item canNOT be accepted. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers' negligence cannot be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. In addition, clearance items and special orders cannot be returned and are final sale.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will be processed within 48 hours (excluding holidays) and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the next business day and ship within 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST will be processed on the following Monday. For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 2-10 business days. All shipments will require a signature.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
We offer expedited shipping at an additional cost to the buyer. Expedited shipping orders placed before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will be processed that same day. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Please be aware that expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or Overseas. You must email us at: Event@GlamourHolics.com to request expedited shipping. Wait for a response and an email confirmation to ensure expedited service was accepted.

Q: Do you price match?
Because we pride ourselves on sustaining the most economically competitive pricing around, we do not price match.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, but we do plan to offer this option in the near future.
